How payouts work
Payouts are automatic β you do not need to request one. Earnings for the 1stβ15th close on the 16th and are aimed to be paid between the 25thβ30th; earnings for the 16thβend of month close on the 1st and are aimed to be paid between the 5thβ10th. Each payout is checked by HR, transferred by the accountant, and a receipt is attached to the payout record. Only real (human) clicks earn; bot and crawler clicks never earn. Clicks from premium countries earn at the premium multiplier, and a manager earns the manager share of each editor assigned to them.
